Here are some prep previews from the Oregonian on tennis – “Tennis preview: Glencoe’s Stuart Tierney has sights on first title” and track – “Track and field preview: Barlow team carries high hopes into season.”

Not a lot of talk about Class 5A in the articles. In the track preview, “Crater, Marshfield and Summit, the top three teams in the 5A boys meet last year, all have key returners back.” is all that’s said about the boys.

The 5A boys tennis only gets this under “Players to watch” – “Class 5A: Paxton Deuel, jr., Summit; Jonathan Colner, soph, Cleveland.”
