
Had the Intermountain Conference been the same this year as it has been in the past, only two of these teams would have qualified for state. But because of the redistricting that happened this year, four of these girls teams (Summit, Mountain View, Pendleton and Hermiston) were able to qualify for state.

No surprise that Jefferson of Portland is the heavy favorite in Class 5A boys basketball this year. They look to be the top team at any level in Oregon.
