Summit controlled the game from the beginning and beat Bend High @ Summit High School to earn 4th place in the Intermountain Conference.
As the fourth seed out of the IMC, Summit will hit the road for a sub-round playoff game.

Thursday night is as big as it gets for a high school basketball program. Summit host Bend High in a girls and boys doubleheader of Intermountain Conference basketball. Both games are for a spot in the playoffs for Summit. The Bend girls are playing for the league title, while the Bend boys have been eliminated from the playoff race, but that doesn’t mean they won’t bring it!

It’ll all be settled on Tuesday. Here are what Tuesday night’s Intermountain Conference games mean. What an exciting night it’s going to be.
Bend 10-3 – @ Summit in a make or break game. A Lava Bear win and they are the IMC champions.
Hermiston 9-4 – Hosting Madras. A win combined with a Bend High loss gives Hermiston the IMC crown.
Mountain View 7-6 – @ Crook County. Win and the Cougars are in the playoffs. Lose and there could be a four-way tie for 3rd through sixth.
Summit 7-6 – Host Bend. The Storm have won 3 games in a row and lost by just one point to Bend High earlier this season. If Summit wins this game, they are in the playoffs.
Madras 6-7 – @ Hermiston. Madras needs to win and get some help to cause a tie.
The Dalles-Wahtonka 6-7 - Hosts Pendleton. Pendleton needs to win and get some help to cause a tie.
Crook County 4-9 - Hosts MV.
Pendleton 3-10 – @ TDW. A Buckaroo win would help the cause of MV and Summit.
