There will for sure be one less unbeaten team in the state Friday night as two unbeatens square off (battle of the Lakes) and several others play 4-1 teams. Here they are with 6A & 5A matchups.

From the Oregonian – “After Monday morning’s practice, Riley told assembled media that four players had been charged with underage drinking on Saturday night – redshirt freshman defensive tackle Joe Lopez, freshman safety Will Storey, redshirt freshman tight end Connor Hamlett, and redshirt freshman tight end Tyler Perry.

The four players took part in practice. Riley said they will each be suspended for a game, “and face something else from me as we go.”

“The UO football has been signed by 25 members of the 2010-11 Ducks, including LaMichael James and Jordan Holmes. Opening bid for the UO football is $500.

The Ducks and Beavers are the only undefeated teams in Pac-10 football play so far this season. Oregon (6-0 overall) sits @ 3-0 in the Pac-10, while Oregon State (3-2 overall) is 2-0 in the Pac-10. The Beavers only losses are to two undefeated teams in TCU and Boise State.
