Think of what the Pac-10 Men’s Basketball Tournament would look like right now if they hadn’t lost over an NBA’s roster worth of talent to early entry in the past few years. Here’s what those players are doing now.
If they were all still around I’d call Arizona (Jordan Hill, Chase Budinger and Jerryd Bayless), UCLA (Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook and Jrue Holiday) and USC (OJ Mayo, DeMar DeRozan and Taj Gibson) as the favorites.

A year after not having any teams in the quarterfinals, the Intermountain Conference has three teams. All of the teams in the final eight finished first or second in their league, except for Summit, which finished fourth in the IMC. Four of the eight teams have never reached the Class 5A tournament before (Pendleton, Silverton, Glencoe and Summit). Two-time defending state champion Jefferson has a 17-game winning streak.
