WHO

• Tournament Preview.

WHAT
• “The Jesuit State Metro Tournament” – The most competitive tournament in the state of Oregon.

WHEN
• Thursday, Friday and Saturday April 14-16.
• We’ll be leaving from Summit High School @ 3:30pm. We are going to play our JV team against Crook County (we have to make one match this season a JV match because we have too full of a varsity schedule, so this is a good time to do it.)
• The tournament starts @ 9am on both days.
• We have two courts @ Tualatin Hills on Thursday night from 9-10pm for a nice late night hit.

WHERE
• The tournament is played indoors @ Tualatin Hills in Beaverton.

TRAVEL
• We have a lot of parents going over, I just need to coordinate who is going when and how many they can carry.

HOTEL
• We are staying at the Fairfield Inn, which is walking distance from the tennis courts.

MISC
• Fred Meyer is just across the street from the tennis center. It has a “Big Town Hero” restaurant and a Starbucks (for parents) so it’s easy for the boys to eat.
• I’ll let you know how much the hotel rooms are soon, also we’ll have you chip in for our courts on Thursday night.

MONEY
• Please bring $60 in cash. I’ll collect this before we leave.
• Food money – Breakfast is included in the hotel room. You’ll need money for three dinners and two lunches.
