  • What you need in your tennis bag

It’s painful to feel like you can’t compete at your best because you don’t have what you need… and it’s usually your fault! You took the time to get a GIANT tennis bag… so you might as well fill it with the things you need.

WHAT YOU NEED IN YOUR TENNIS BAG:
    • Sandals – You may be playing two or three matches in a day, it’s a great move to get out of your tennis shoes between matches.
    • A change of socks – It feels great to take off your sweaty socks and put on a new pair between matches.
    • Your tennis shoes – You have to have them to play… don’t forget them!
    • A towel – Your grip gets sweaty, so does your face. So towel off often.
    • A hat – Always a good thing to have on hand for the sun or to control your Justin Bieber hair.
    • Wrist bands – If you need a towel, wrist bands will help as well.
    • Athletic tape – You never know when your going to want to tape over a blister, this can be a life saver.
    • A BIG water bottle – Don’t play thirsty.
    • Warm Clothes – It gets cold out there, so be prepared.
    • Tennis rackets – OK, so you already knew that.
    • A snack – It’s nice to have a banana some little snacks in case you go into three sets and need a little pick me up.
    • Tennis grip – If you’re the type who likes to re-grip your racket a lot, then keep it with you.
    • An extra shock absorber – Sometimes your favorite one pops off and gets lost, it’s nice to have another.
