I'd say this year the Jesuit girls in 6A and the Summit girls in 5A each have a shot at scoring around 20. that 1992 Bend team was amazing. Best ever?

Most of those team championships were by the Bend HS girls teams over the years, who utterly and completely dominated at both the state and national level in the 90s. Only one team has scored better than their 20 points they scored in 1992 (http://www.osaa.org/crosscountry/history/girlsxcteamchampions.pdf) and that wasn't until recently when Crater did it (had a nearly perfect score). But back then, there was no 6A or 5A, just 4A, so I think their 20 point score back then was far more impressive (especially considering they didn't have the individual state champion then).
