1) The MVHS/Bend HS Civil War Basketball Game at MVHS back when (I think) I was a sophomore (1994, maybe)?. That game was wire to wire, and was won by the Frank Bank (as you called it).
2) While there have been some great distance runners in this area, Kellie Schueler is bar none one of the best athletes to compete in this area.
3) See #2 — her dominance at the state and regional level is unheard of. Though I have to say that watching Jesse Thomas dominate and toying with the 3000 meter field at the state meet like they were walking was pretty entertaining.
