Itinerary For Hermiston/Pendleton Matches

These are two important matches for seeding @ districts!

WHO – 12 players (Parker, Sterling, Liam, Alec, Dylan, Scott, Ian, Andrew, William, Drew, Wes, Max L).

WHAT – Two dual matches versus Pendleton @ 11am and Hermiston @ 2pm. These matches count toward seeding in our district tournament and are very important.

WHEN – Load the bus @ 3:45pm. We’ll leave on Friday, April 1st after school @ 4pm from Bend High School. The matches are on Saturday and we’ll be returning to Bend late on Saturday night.

WHERE – We’ll be playing both matches @ the Sandstone middle school courts in Hermiston.

WHAT YOU NEED
• Your tennis gear.
• Everything you need for a night in a hotel.
• Money for meals (lunch and dinner on Saturday).
• (I’ve collected from 7 players already, good job!) Hotel money ($25 per player. 4 players to a room. Even if you are staying in a room with your parents, you need to contribute $25 to keep it fair for the other players). Cash. I can collect the money Thursday @ practice or Friday before you get on the bus.

TRAVEL – We’re sharing a bus with the Bend High boys.

HOTEL – We’ll be staying @ The Oxford Suites in Hermiston. They provide breakfast.

MISC. – It would be great to have a big snack supply for the boys on the bus ride over. Let me know if you are interested in helping with this. The weather forecast is not looking as good as it was a few days ago.
