The votes have been counted and The Source’s “Best of” best athlete in Central Oregon is Max King. With runner-up Chris Horner. King and Horner are both world-class studs! King is the King of running races in Central Oregon and beyond and all Horner has done this year was finish as the top American in the Tour de France.
