    The XTERRA Trail Running National Championships are scheduled for Saturday September 18th in Bend, Oregon. Bend’s Max King won the event last year.

    Best athlete in Central Oregon? Update 8-16-2010

    The votes have been counted and The Source’s “Best of” best athlete in Central Oregon is Max King. With runner-up Chris Horner. King and Horner are both world-class studs! King is the King of running races in Central Oregon and beyond and all Horner has done this year was finish as the top American in the Tour de France. Here are a few more athletes that have to at least be put into the discussion:
